Cyberpunk, COD, Some new stuff, HOBO SOCOM aka last of us factions online. Some new game, just testing my capture device and obs which is rendering video with my amd radeon rx 580 and not the i9. I didnt sleep well the past few nights, going to bed early. I also spent a lot of time programing the deepmind 12d and falling in love with it again… 🙂 So i have a barp 2600 huge mono synth, se02 huge mono with presets and the deepmind 12d with 3rd part sound banks that sound amazing and make it sound even better than the ob6 on most types of sounds. the built in fx are amazin..
This is one of my first streams, i was figuring what settings to use and how to configure obs. How to tour discord, my mic, and use a mic for ps3. a bit complicated. I will be streaming Wildlands, Rainbow 6 Siege, And Cold War, and Modern Warfare. Plus single player games. I wish I had figured this out last year. But i finally got a capture device and figured out obs more. Cool. I will be making a schedule for streaming. I’ll post it here soon.
I like this guy, its how i am finding a lot of old games for cheap to play instead of spending $70 on new ps5 games. I missed so many games on ps3 and ps2, and ps1 that i think i can spend an eternity with these 3 machines and still not play everything cool.
After using the Series S, I was very let down. I am sure i would really like the power of the ps5, but…….
So in Microsoft buying Bethesda, is that really going to help xbox? I hated game pass, its like 180 a year, for online play and a bunch of games i would never play or buy for the most part. I only liked a few of the games on game pass that i tried. Bathesda, FALLOUT 76 IS the worst fallout ever. That game is a POS. And that is just my opinion, not a fact. I love fallout. But that is not Fallout. And what else, elder scrolls? yeah never played that on a console any way. Doom? meh. Having an xbox is like having a PC with a few extra games. So honestly because i have a PC. Xbox is just not appealing.
The ps5, Well, the interface sucks. The ui is lame, i still to this day prefer the ps3 interface. I loved the speed of the ps4 interface, but the ps3 allowed you to stream stuff from your pc, and was easier to find your games. Now this new PS5 interface the home button is all messed up and it has all these bugs where you can brick the ps5 usb hard drives. Cant copy ps5 games to usb hd, no expansion is activated, so no 2nd ssd to improve the space from 625gb to 1625gb. And you cannot find one. Plus its very big. I tried to get one, but gave up after a while and just started messing with the ps2 and ps3. Much happier.
In the end though, its always sony because of their 1st party, God of War, Uncharted, Last of us, And their other 1st party exclusives. Sony makes very good single player games, Microsoft does not, and Bethesda has to prove itself again after fallout 76.
I am pissed that there was no Socom for ps5 launch. Piss there was no socom for PS4, the should of did HD confrontation and socom 4 at least. That would not of been hard.
Eventually when i can walk into a store and just buy a ps5, i will, playing ps4 games at 60 fps will be worth it eventually.
Yup, The dog and I are playing some Socom 2, on the ps2 i got cheap. When i had the series S, their online store did not have many xbox, or 360 games. Just this and that and nothing i remembered that i really liked other than fallout and dead space. Lucked out and got a ps3 and now that confrontation is back online WOW. And soon i will play Socom 2 online as well. Plus I can play any ps1, ps2, or ps3 game, digital, or physical copy with my ps4, ps3, and ps2. My tv upscales component 480i and other modes that the ps2 has and it looks great on this tv. Sucks that i could not get a ps5 and play all the games with emulation. Sucks that the Series S has a limited catalog for the S.
PS4, Switch, PS3, PS2.
Very happy now. I tried the emulators on the pc. For some reason i did not care for it. I prefer playing the real hardware. The only way i will buy a ps5 now, is if there is a socom. Or god of war. We shall see, honestly, i want the ps5 slim, not that huge weird console.
I was so excited when the box came. Finally a ps2 again, I gave my last ps2 to Todd Loomis years ago when we were working on lust for blood, i think he gave it to his nephews. I have the slim now. I also bought a HD retrovision Component cable for the ps2. And it looks amazing through it, and that cable is better than most of the 3rd party ones.
Over all i am very happy. Now, once Diana gets here, we can play together like we used to. God i miss her. 🙁
I was blown away by some of the songs in the game cyberpunk. I used to love driving in the game just to listen to the stations between missions and exploring.. Again I am sad that i didnt get to write any music for this game… 🙁
I love MFG, message from god. Israeli trance, they use astral projections studio, and are like a more upbeat astral projection. I love psytrance as well. I miss 90s electronic and industrial so much…. I work out to this music at the gym in my headphones… ESP cardio and HIIT.
When I was younger, I was a huge Joy division sound, I loved his strange slightly out of key singing, it did not sound commercial at all. I owned a lot of their stuff, on vinyl. My fav was CLOSER. I never just wore the shirt and had no idea what the band was.. LOL like so many pathetic people these days.
WTF. Seriously. Socom fans were unhappy because socom 4 is not socom. The mechanics were all wrong, bobblehead characters and head shots all over the place, the zoomed in camera and huge characters are what ruined it more than the respawn shit. What about COD? They did that right over and over. The mechanics. If you make a game and change the mechanics, then there is a prb. Socom 2 and Confrontation are similar, cept hit detection is more realistic on Confrontation. The hate for Confrontation was because of the bugs when it launched. It was not stable for 3 months, until they patched it. This is where most of the hate came from. After it ran good, a lot of people played it all the time, then coldfront dlc breathed new life into it, but because they had to patch it so many times it got in the way of the planned dlc. Also because it didn’t sell as big as socom 2, sony moved on. If anything Sony killed socom by expecting it to compete with Call of Duty.
I hope they do a socom title that is like confrontation, and something new, but plays great. r6 Siege proves that tactical shooters are still popular enough. r6 Siege sold 10 million, and has had 70 million players online.
The other part of the fail: Did you ever see a Confrontation AD on tv? I saw socom 1 and 2 ads on TV, but never confrontation. Because sony did not market Confrontation as well as socom 1 and 2, that is why it did so poorly.
The Socom name means the hardcore fans will come out to try it, but you have to make them happy first, because their praise is what will fuel the spread of it. Jaffe is wrong, he blew it with Twisted metal on ps3, and thinks he knows what we the fans want or what we think. Dead wrong.
Also in some of the YouTube videos I have seen, they say the it is all nostalgia. And that the old Socom is out of date. Now that confrontation is back up, let me tell you, its not nostalgia, It plays better than most modern games. It also looks better than a lot of the modern games to me. Dead wrong. Confrontation is amazing still. I wish they had done an HD version with new maps on ps4. But nope….
I just hope the people at Sony give us Socom fans something new. Don’t listen to the naysayers Sony.
I own almost everything from NIN, when i was younger i was not that much of a fan, but as i got older, i really start to like NIN. I miss this era of music so much. Math rock? Count the timing.. Can you?
I really like Diva, its not an analog, but for a digital synth, it can do everything pretty well. Diva has been around for a while, I used it on my last LP Ora Oblivionus on the song Wrack, and others. It sounds vintage in ways. Still only 87% as good as a real jupiter 8. I made this demo on my i5 laptop, not my i9 9900k desktop. This was one of my older patreon videos. Patreon is what keeps our lights on.
