Awesome cyberpunk horror movie about a drifting nomad (played by FOTN Carl McCoy) who finds a piece of a robot skull in the middle of a a scorching nuclear infested desert and sells it to a soldier who gives it to his girlfriend as a gilt for one of her sculptures until it comes back to life and sees her as it's next potential target.
Some of the most lush, beautiful landscapes filmed in red-filtered apocalyptic wastelands, giving it a life of it's own, like a more grittier city of Bladerunner if it were in the slums, a cyborg so badass in it's menacing glory (it's name M.A.R.K. 13 references a biblical passage "No flesh shall be spared"), zany eccentric characters, awesome soundtrack (Stigmata by Ministry and the awesome Ord of Death by Public Image Ldt) (oh god, the pervy neighbor gets me everytime! "Oh we all walk the wibbly wobbly walk") and lots of gore (my favorite being the drill of death).
