 Re: Green Tea
Extract the green tea, and add elder berries, lavender flowers, and st johns wort, and you've got one mighty swell herbal infused bath that's super for relieving menstral cramps. With lit candles and Nag Champa incense you're ready to get mellow. Elder berries are great for pain relief, the flowers and st johns wort just calm EVERYTHING. it all gets absorbed through the skin. I almost fell asleep in the tub at 3am a couple weeks ago... So I guess I should say take caution.

 Re: Green Tea
Green Tea with Spearamint is awsome! I've finaly gotten to the point where I drink it without sugar, and Raw Sugar actualy helped me get myself off ov sugar. Plus I've read in numerous places that its MUCH better for you than refined sugar.

Anyone tried matcha? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MatchaThis is the best way to ingest ECGC. I've ordered a stack load of it from Japan.

 Re: Green Tea
I actually love Echinacea tea; I leave the leaves in the cup for the entirety of my drink because I like how by the end it is super strong

I like a lot of the Yogi teas, especially the kava stress relief variety. But on a daily basis I drink sencha green tea that I buy loose from my local Japanese grocery store.
