 Re: converting to vegan, protein?id try buying some vegan protein powders. there are quite a few out there, some i've tried and they seem to work well if you mix them with whatever you're juicing.

Re: converting to vegan, protein? I would definitely NOT recommend eating those processed ready to eat vegan foods. They are full of sodium and artificial flavouring.
Just look for decent vegan cookbooks, I find they have a balanced variety of meals that will have the protein that you need and can make from scratch. Beware though, some can have hard to find ingredients. |
