I am really detoxifying my body. I have lost 22 pounds so far just by doing the Wii Fit 4 days a week and cutting out soda. I want to lose more and cleanse. I want to find a green tea that is purely natural and not filled with shit.
I tried a brand which is a strawberry rose and it's pretty good.

Matcha is really good i hear from sites like Mercola.com. its a high quality green tea.

yep. maccha is awesome, great with sweet soy-cakes, too. really oishii

but: you can't drink it on the fly, it needs some preparation, its thin powder, you need to stir it in the water, ideally with a special wooden brush made for it......very meditative, very zen, I love it.

btw:
the best japanese green tea comes from the shizuoka-prefecture. try to get these, like fukamushi and sencha "hatsumi".

I drink green tea pure, no sugar, no milk.
after boling up the water, I wait a little.
the water should be at about 80° (celsius)

A nice alternative is also oolong-tea.
(forget anything you knew about coffee... )

i had some green tea today because i had run out of normal black tea. i'd tried it a few times before and never really liked it, but it is actually so tasty. i'm gona just replace my normal tea drinking with that lol. still prefer it sweetened though, trying to cut down on my sugar intake.....

I like yerba mate more tho.

this is good. there's a kind i used to get sometimes that had more of a coffee substitute type of style to it, and then a Green yerba mate that was like green tea.

Can you get yerba mate at a general natural market?

I make my own blend of gunpowder (type of green tea), jasmine flowers, and chamomile flowers. Super aroma.
