 Broccoli!!
I've recently rediscovered my love for broccoli!
I can't get enough of it... I keep having sneaky toasted sandwiches, with mushrooms and fresh thyme. Amazing combination of flavours!! I also didn't know until recently that the stalks can be peeled and used, and are actually incredibly fresh, crunchy and tasty!
I'm also growing some purple and green broccoli atm.
Anyone as obsessed with this stuff as I am..? Any recipes or snack ideas would be appreciated too!!
I also heard that it is more of a "woman's vegetable", better for women or something. Not sure how true this is, I guess it's something to do with iron content.

 Re: Broccoli!!
I like it stir-fried with some soy sauce. I also like it uncooked with just plain mustard, which may be a little odd, but I really like mustard.
Not sure about the iron content, though. I've heard spinach is the better green for that.

It's good with pumpkin too. I ate it in Vita Organic in London a few times. Damn tasty!
