game of the year, hands down.

get the pc version if you have a pc that can run it at a good high wide-screen res with ultra settings i've played the ps3 version as well and it doesn't look nearly as good or handle nearly as good as my pc

No way, the game is lame. Slow, lame.. I hate it. Bad talking, stupid stories, hate the fighting, slow, boring as fuck.

Sure you get missions, its always go get this, go get that, come back, so boring, fuck this shit, its just another oblivion skin , same old fall out formula. Blah..glad i didn't buy it.

None of them are innovative, have good acting, and great stories.

Stupid clunky interface, stupid clunky controls.

Feels so old and not smooth and not immersive, you feel detached from the mechanics, it feels so scripted when you swing or cast.

on console yeah...not pc.

on pc it is clunky that is where i played it, its clunky, their engine has always felt like that, from oblivion to fall out to this.

what type of mouse do u have? if you have the logitech g500 (which i have) or anything better...there is something wrong...

using the logitech drivers (and disabling the default windows ones) on a g500 mouse...no game could ever have "clunky" controls

Dude, what why is this so hard to understand.

The characters move clunky, they look stupid when they run.

COD plays smooth, so does the new battlefield.

The problem is their game engine. This game could be amazing, if the sword play and spell casting and arrows were smooth like the new shooters.

Skyrim isn't "shit".

For me personally, Skyrim is the best game I have played this year.

The engine compared to previous games has improved vastly, enough for me to rate it way above fallout or oblivion.

It's a massive RPG open world, non linear game. I love the levelling up system, the star charts, the shouts, the enchanting, the alchemy, the whole levelling system is the best gameplay design I have ever seen.

The production level of the game is also fantastic, they used a lot of rely good voice actors. I've never felt to immersed in a game.

It's a bit harsh to write it off as "shit", maybe not your thing, fair enough. I'm not really a fan of COD, and other modern war games.

exactly what i think.. i can understand that rpg is not the cup of tea for one of us. like shoot games/ war games are not mine. but i respect it. i will not say "that is shit".

I feel the same way about all these over-the-top modern war games that everyone plays. Sure they might look cool, and play pretty good at first...but I lose interest in them quickly.

I've never really been a fan of the COD series and have played most of the games. I also hate how everyone at work plays them, and practically no one at work plays Skyrim
