...This is hard to comprehend. Is your card integrated. Into a Pentium 2 motherboard? I mean, Pixel Shader 3 is basically older than earth at this point so I can only assume you're running something prehistoric.

 Re: League of Legends
Awesome. I'll add you the next time I'm on the US server.
As an aside, Graves may well be the first ranged AD who (in my opinion) isn't all that good mid lane. As he's so combo oriented, his early levels especially suffer from a horrible cooldown time and lack of mana to have any sustainability whatsoever.
Get him bottom lane with a Soraka to feed you mana, though, and you'll be giggling like a schoolgirl all the way to the bank.

 Re: League of Legends
Little tip for you.
Random crit was removed a while back, so to make your earlygame a tiny little bit easier, throw a single blue crit chance rune into your AD carry rune page. It gives you a .23% chance or something ridiculous, but that's infinitely higher than 0% when it procs.
Also, Swain is still amazing. So is Orianna.

 Re: League of Legends
oriana, atleast for me, telegraphs too much.
swian needs a good team; situational imo.
i'm starting to wonder about a early support/late carry poppy
got it to work with voli a bit

 Re: League of Legends
Ori's my personal favourite character, and probably the champ I have most experience in. In my usual group, I typically play mid, so I've managed to get a TONNE of games in with her.
The telegraphing issue isn't really a problem once you get used to her skillset. In fact, it's one of my favourite things about her. You have an incredibly high utility AOE kit that scales well. As such, people expect you to do certain things at certain times, and so will stay out of the kill radius of your ball. That means that against any half-competent opponent who knows what they're up against, they're effectively zoning themselves permanently, except with none of the escapability of being able to hide behind minions or tanks. Start boots/2 health pots and 1 mana, then build 2 dorans rings and chalice. That's your mana regen sorted until lategame, and gives you some nice magic resist to boot. Lategame, buy Rylai's then Deathcap, and start selling your Dorans as needed to free up space. By the time you're level 12-13, you no longer need their mana regen. Keep the chalice though.
As for Swain, he's really not as situational as people would have you believe. He's another of those champions who people will keep their distance from simply as he's so survivable and can deal a nice amount of sustained damage. At the very least, you can force them to dodge nevermove instead of farming early game, and once you have your ult you frankly cannot get ganked by any fewer than three CC-heavy people. The build I just explained for Ori works wonders here, too. That mana regen will keep you ulted for even longer. People constantly forget that with an 8 second cooldown on your ultimate, there's no reason to NOT spam it for wave clearing.
That kind of Poppy can work, but really if you're going to do that you'd probably be better off going someone like Nautilus, who is MUCH more survivable, has more damage and just generally brings more utility to a lane for a carry to farm/bruiser to kill-lane. Plus, once you have your ult you're going to ruin the day of just about everyone in a teamfight or contested tower push.

 Re: League of Legends
I wish they would buff Vlad so he could be viable again. As he is right now he can't mid against any of the other mid characters in the current meta. Even with a full rune page. The only time I can ever manage to get the upper hand is when I am up against someone who is just plain bad. Otherwise, Vlad is overpowered really quickly.

 Re: League of Legends
Vlad's actually in a really nice place at the moment. He's not so fucktardedly broken like he was pre-nerf, and he's actually got some risk/reward going on. the trick is to build him mostly-AP, but grab Rylais as soon as you feel comfortable doing so. Ideally somewhere either side of revolver/WotA depending on how well you're sustaining in-lane.
He's still amazingly good, but is one of those characters like Olaf, where you're never going to first-pick him, but rather use him for a counterpick to crush mid or top, depending on where you are. Pick him vs skillshot-heavy and melee casters and you'll be raking money in REALLY quickly.

 Re: League of Legends
Yeah, if I'm going mid, as is the usual in my 5 man premade, and the enemy picks Veigar, I tend to swap with ranged AD or something.
If they go Kass though, I'll take Gangplank and giggle like a psychopath.

 Re: League of Legends
I just moved in with a friend who plays a MEAN ass Veiger. Going Vlad/Veiger as the only AP on our team makes for a nasty combo.

 Re: League of Legends
If you can pull it off, it's great. The problem I've always found with Veigar is that he's so, so easy to shut down entirely. His farming's pretty terrible and his range isn't the greatest, AND he absolutely needs the XP from a solo lane to scale viably. If you swap your AD carry and your midlaner when Veigar hits 6, you're essentially shutting down two lanes of the enemy as Veigar simply can't trade vs anyone who doesn't stack AP. If the enemy put Voli, Gangplank or Morde against vlad top you're sitting at 3v5, too.
If you really want a laugh, you take Soraka mid, and have a support Viktor bot with a Caitlyn, put Morde or Singed top and have Lee Sin jungling. Your enemy will absolutely refuse to leave their towers.
