2013 was amazing. We played in front of over 13000 + people on all the legs of the tour. I feel like this was only the beginning and not the end like I thought maybe it would be. Maldire pushed me back into the underground and hard core circles who loved calling of the dead. I got a lot of cool videos made by Dustin Ferguson, and soundmirror66. All the promoters I dealt with were great. I did a lot of remixes, Wumpscut, Twilight Garden, Asylum Black, and now Tom Shear’s a23 side project Surveillance. I got to be a massive gear whore too.

2014 looks to continue where 2013 left off. We are playing in Europe in late summer. We are playing in New Zealand and Australia in the summer. We are playing soon in Vancouver. After Vancouver I will take a break from shows and finish the new VAC LP that is a tad more mainstream sounding. Psychedelic goth Trip Hop. Its not like Maldire. It is more like if you take the songs SLUT and Dilaudid, Ghost in the circuit and made a whole LP like that. We worked with Sabine Snaps so far, and now we will try and work with Mari Kattman on a track or two. I hope to have this lp out this fall.

We will be playing new material from it this summer and beyond. We are also hoping to play Philly, LA, Atlanta, Minnesota, Toronto by the end of this year But these will be fall and winter shows. I must focus on finishing the new VAC.

The new live gear setup is nice, Virus Snow, Roland SPD-SX, and roland xv5050, plus a laptop with RME babyface converters. We will have some live drumming. Trying out the boss ME 50 as well. This is our super portable rig for fly in dates, we will have to rent controller keyboards. We also bought great DIs too. The Virus Snow, wow I actually was able to program some great VAC sounding pads and strings out of it. Still I think the nord 4 does it better :( Yes the nord 4 has grown on me so hard core. We cannot bring that one on tour tho, its too big.

We are also working on a massive merch campaign for the new LP. We are going to market the new VAC harder than we did Maldire.

PS: Go check out Tom Shear’s New Assemblage 23 Side Project:

It kicks ass.. VAC Remixed the song HUSK should come out in the coming months.

PSSSSSS: I am looking for new Art for the new VAC and i want it to look like this:

Please point me to an artist who can do stuff like this… Running out of time now..

Disease Factory….

Hi Bryan, a DJ from Stuttgart told me you tried to get a live act there but it did not work out. Maybe I could help you. I am sure you do not need any help with that. But I know DJs, clubowners etc. in the south-west-germany-scene – I could tell you who to talk to and who is reliable. Or anything else I can do? I have very high respect for you and your music. It would be an enrichment for the scene here if this would work out.
