Hello Bryan... "and why did you say that things shall fall? and fall and fall and fall apart...?" I listened to "The Art.." yesterday. To me, it was not a big surprise to see you that 've blended acoustic guitars in your songs, after all you had experimented, if you don't mind me calling it that, with more "acoustic" and mellow patterns in your songs from as early as Church of Acid and Neuralblastoma (I bought those back then from a record store in Camden Town, London - "Resurrection Records" when one's fingers would turn black from dirt while digging through those shelves filled with vinyl records and used cd's... those were the days). "Pain" and "Sadder Still" (I cannot hold those tears back sometimes when I listen to the latter) are unforgettable and made their mark back then pointing out what a sensitive person you really are underneath that hardened surface of synthetic layers.
I have *never* downloaded music off the internet, heck I do not even know how to do it! If I do not have the money to buy the stuff I will wait until I do! Good things come to those who wait and "The Art.." was well worth the wait. It's what diversity is all about. After all, if I want something more harsh, I can always put on one of those early albums (which will always sound fresh, that is an accomplishment in its own right..). By the way, Bryan, a few years ago I made a trip to Italy... among the cities I visited was Sienna. While seeing the sites I was on my way to yet another Duomo. To my amazement the Duomo in Sienna turned out to be *the one on the Church Of Acid front cover*. I cannot begin to describe my feelings that very instant. deja vu is an understatement, I think. I thought I was about to fly all over that temple and go greet the critters in those tiny windows...!!
After listening to your small speech after "Silver" I can say that for the first time in my life I 've met someone whom I can totally identify with in terms of the ideals towards music. I'd always felt like I've known you, through your songs over all these years (13 years!), it just became a realisation yesterday..
If you want you can e-mail me so we can talk more, I'd like that very much.
Watch out for those cat bites and scratches, their saliva is very toxic, they are predatory (and very proud) animals afterall...
"We Develop, We Delight
We Define and We Decay..."
We love you man, don't Fall Apart.

If that is the case then I will be a one woman street team. Seriously.. I would HATE to see VAC fail and I understand all of this costs money.. Do you have any promo posters or anything? I am going to email the owner of the club here (he is also a store owner/producer/jack of all trades)
I wish there was a way to talk to you directly. I am not a fan bot.. just someone who believes in your music and wants to help.

the money goes to feed me, put a roof over my head, and help my ailing mother.

no joke.

Piracy, well, yeah, anyone who steals my music because they don't think the labels or the stores should get their money, but me the artist is the only one who should get paid, please donate, because I agree. No advertising goes for itunes, so i don't need a label to sell my stuff online, i only need them for the stores and physical cds. So if that is your deal, pay me instead, i would appreciate it.

Oh and don't forget ,i do the edt blog, its like a magazine, and i dont make a cent on it.
