Anime: Bleach. Hexfix93’s Take.

What do I like about bleach? It’s much better in japanese that is for sure. I really like episodes 30 through 67. The characters are great. Sometimes it gets boring, depends on which episodes. Over all, its typical. It has a lot of epic fight scenes that I really love. Kenpachi is my favorite character. This is a supernatural super samurai anime. Spirit world, Possession. Very strange in some ways, but very cool as well. Hollows are evil spirits, and then there are the good spirits which fight the hollows and protect mankind from evil. The shinigami(angels of death) are the good guys in this one. Kind of neat.

The above is one ov my favorite fights. Watch the whole thing. I have to kind of slam bleach for being way too long. It has the inuyasha, help me, i’m too long, and its all the same after a while complex. I love anime, but sometimes they really know how to beat a dead horse. It’s kind of stupid. I prefer them short and sweet like bebop. I give this series a 3.5 out of 5. When it’s good, it’s amazing, when its bad, its a snore fest. They do a good job of building the characters, but sometimes that is where it falls apart. I recommend seeing this for free if you can.

bleach is cool, i havent caught alot of it though. i started out watching it on adult swim and kind of started missing episodes from there, and now i am really far behind to the point where i’ll probably end up starting over and watching it from the beginning.

a place i watch anime online has the newest up to date bleach episode in japanese every week, currently they are on episode 172, where adult swim is only on episode 64 or so.

im gonna go to an annual anime convention during the summer, and johnny yong bosch (ichigo’s voice actor) is going to be there, so that will be cool.

I recently stopped watching Bleach as what I think was a new filler entered. Reading the manga on onemanga.com is much better, and then you check the anime for the good bits :-) I am perfectly fine watching D.Gray-Man, xxxHolic Kei, Seirei no Moribito and some other goodies for now.

love the show, it’s quite fun seeing how well the character development is. it’s like everyone has 2 sides to them with it’s own back story.

to me, the series is the love child of Yu Yu Hakusho and Dragon Ball Z. i could see the series being really long; but for me, sometimes the short series just leaves me wanting more and wondering what would happen next. anyways, it’s one great (big) anime worth watching.

ive gotten more into bleach, im starting to read the manga from the beginning in order to catch up to where the japanese anime is at.

its gonna be a lot of chapters to read, but i wont have to deal with fillers and its a much quicker method to getting caught up rather than watching all of the anime from start.
